If you’re not already a regular gym goer and you’re looking to get fit, get ready to hit the dance floor! Dancing is a whole-body workout that's actually fun. It's good for your heart, it makes you stronger, and it can help with balance and coordination.

A 30-minute dance class burns between 130 and 250 calories, about the same as jogging. Choose the style that fit with your personality, sign up and dance with me!!

Latin Jazz

Is more strongly associated with Afro-Caribbean music. This style of dance combines Latin moves like Mambo, Salsa, Samba with Musical Theatre and Jazz Dance to create an explosion of fun. You will have an intensive warm up for coordination followed by Isolation and stretch techniques to assist in the dance routines.

Cardio Reggaeton is high intensity cardio dance class influenced by the specific dance rhythms of Reggaeton and Reggae Fusion.

Reggaeton is an urban dance form which has its roots in Latin and Caribbean Music. Reggae Fusion is a mixture of dance hall and reggae music. You’ll have a blast dancing to a mixture of Latin and Caribbean beats! You won’t want to miss this!!

Ballet Bootcamp

This workout is the ballerina’s secret to a strong core. Based on Core Adage, an exercise series performed by dancers to improve balance, core strength and tone the abs, you won’t find the workout anywhere else online.

It’s suitable for every ability. You don’t have to be a professional ballerina to try this workout. With different levels of exercise and clear instructions, you’ll be dancing away with no trouble.

Heels Technique

Dancing in heels is really it's own technique. If you are using heels (be they character shoes or stilettos) in choreography or classes you need  to be strong enough  and prepared for the physical challenges that dancing in heels presents.

This class will help you to improve your posture and get you legs to die for. It will help you  with balance and core work. 

This class is all levels.
