Classes

If you’re looking to get fit, get ready to hit the dance floor! Dancing is a whole-body workout that's actually fun. It's good for your heart, makes you stronger, and it can help with balance and coordination. A 30-minute dance class burns between 130 and 250 calories, about the same as jogging. Choose the style that fits with your personality, sign up, and dance with our director Diana Follegati!

Latin Jazz

This style is more strongly associated with Afro-Caribbean music. This style of dance combines Latin moves from Mambo, Salsa, and Samba with Musical Theatre and Jazz Dance to create an explosion of fun. The class starts with a warm-up focused on coordination followed by isolation and stretch techniques to assist in the choreography.
